Description

In the Houston Museum of Natural Science Cockrell Butterfly Center, there s constant movement.  The effect is delightful.  A Pink Checked Cattleheart perches gracefully on vibrant, contrasting leaves   In a series of butterfly prints inspired by this exhibition, painted butterflies are set off digitally rendered backgrounds.  Here a gentle gray shows hints of the wood grain from the original oil painting on Birch.
